Pastor Chad Kirk is a seasoned pastor and steady shepherd with 24 years of full-time ministry experience. He began pastoring at the age of 23 and has spent decades faithfully serving the local church with consistency, maturity, and a heart for people. He currently pastors Northgate Church of God in Victoria, Texas, where he is committed to building believers, strengthening families, and cultivating a church culture that honors God’s presence.
Married for 25 years to his wife, Heather, Pastor Kirk is also a devoted husband and father of three children—Koby, Alexis, and Zimri. His life and leadership reflect the kind of long-term faithfulness that produces depth, stability, and spiritual fruit.

Meet Prophetess Jasmine Taylor
Prophetess Jasmine Taylor was raised in Williamsburg, Virginia, and carries both spiritual depth and practical insight shaped by her academic and life experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master’s degree in Public Health (Health Management/Policy) from Eastern Virginia Medical School—training that reflects her heart for people and her passion for serving with wisdom and compassion.
By God’s choice, Prophetess Taylor is a Seer Prophet who has been marked since childhood. In 2012, during a revival in Hampton, Virginia, she was awakened more deeply to the spiritual realm—strengthening her sensitivity to what God is revealing and how He is moving. She is especially drawn to underserved populations, with a tender burden for the elderly and those who are often overlooked.
Her favorite scripture, Hebrews 4:12, reflects the foundation of her ministry: the living, discerning power of God’s Word.

Sister Eloise Hall is a community-minded leader whose career in banking has always been grounded in a deeper calling to serve people with compassion, integrity, and steady guidance. With 19 years at Keystone Bank—most recently as Vice President and Branch Manager—she became known not only for operational excellence, but for the way she encourages others, builds strong relationships, and helps individuals and families feel supported and valued.
Beyond her professional work, Eloise’s life is shaped by ministry and service. She has invested into organizations that strengthen the Ballinger community, including the Ballinger Rotary Club (where she served as President), the Ballinger Lions Club, and the Ballinger Chamber of Commerce. Her heart for outreach also extends into faith-based ministries such as Freedom Fellowship’s Boots on the Ground Ministry, Kairos Prison Ministry, and House of Faith. She also helps co-lead Ladies Night Out, a women’s Bible study and fellowship group created to encourage women and nurture spiritual growth.
Whether organizing community meals, supporting local students, or helping those in recovery programs, Sister Eloise serves with humility and a servant’s heart.

Meet Apostle Gossypia Shinault
Apostle Gossypia Shinault is a Spirit-filled woman of God known for her compassion and deep love for people. Raised in Durant, Mississippi, she gave her life to Jesus Christ at age 13 and answered the call to preach at 19—delivering her first sermon while in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Her ministry journey began through worship: she started playing piano at six, developed a passion for singing, and served faithfully as a worship leader before God expanded her assignment into preaching and leadership.
Led by the Lord back to her hometown, Apostle Shinault launched a youth ministry that grew quickly and impacted many lives—fruit that continues today as many of those youth now serve in ministry. She later pastored at Restoration and Deliverance Ministry Inc. in Hinesville, Georgia, co-pastored in Statesboro, and in 2014 founded Preparing the Way of the Lord Ministry Inc. in Glennville, Georgia.
